1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
Welcome to Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo (Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo), a social network designed to connect, support, and empower women entrepreneurs and business owners around the world. By accessing, registering for, or using any functionality of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, please do not use our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
The platform is exclusively intended for women over 18 years of age who identify as entrepreneurs, business owners, independent professionals, or who have a demonstrable interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. By registering, you declare under your own responsibility that you meet these criteria and that you will use the platform in accordance with its founding purpose.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while maintaining your active account.
You are solely responsible for:
a) The confidentiality of your password.
b) All activities carried out through your account.
c) Any damages or losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You may not transfer, lend, share, or sell your account, nor impersonate another person or entity.
We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of users and may request additional documentation at any time.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM
By using Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo, you agree to:
Treat all members with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Post only content that you own or for which you have the necessary rights.
Not upload, share, or promote material that:
Is defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory (based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) or promotes hatred.
Infringes the intellectual property, image, or privacy rights of third parties.
Constitutes unsolicited advertising (spam), pyramid schemes, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Use the platform only for its intended purposes: professional networking, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mutual support.
Not engage in activities that could overload the technical infrastructure or interfere with the normal operation of the community.
Consequences of non-compliance: Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove content, suspend, or permanently cancel the account of any user who violates these principles, without generating any right to compensation or recourse.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) Platform Rights:
All visual elements, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, software, databases, and the content structure of Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo are the exclusive property of Mujeres Empresarias del Mundo or its licensors and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
b) Rights to Your Content:
You retain full ownership of the texts, images, videos, and other material you publish on your profile or in community spaces (hereinafter, "Your Content"). However, by posting it on the platform, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, modify (only when technically necessary), publicly communicate, distribute, and display Your Content on [name of the site], for the sole purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services.
This license will remain in effect as long as Your Content is on the platform and will terminate when you delete it, except for technical backup copies or when retention is necessary due to legal obligations.

9. TERMINATION.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the platform, with or without cause, at any time.
After termination, your profile and public content will be deleted, but we may retain certain information as set forth in our Privacy Policy and for legal requirements.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
These Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid, unless applicable consumer legislation provides otherwise.
